Don't worry! You can easily regenerate your QR code by logging into your NexusCare account on any device. Your medical records remain safe and accessible. We also recommend printing a backup QR code to keep in your wallet.
Healthcare providers need internet access to scan your QR code and retrieve your records. However, you can save your QR code as an image on your phone, which works offline. The provider's device needs internet to access the secure database.
Yes! NexusCare uses strict role-based access. Doctors see full records, pharmacists only see prescriptions, labs see test requests, and emergency responders only see critical info (with your consent). You can view access logs in your app to see who accessed your data and when.
